  • “Not all who wander are lost.”

From your teen years into your twenties, you are in a time of transition. You are moving forward from your childhood, creating who you will become as an adult. This transition comes with huge stress and expectations.  What will you be when you grow up? Where will you go to school, should you go to school?   Where will you live?   How will you gain your independence?  What will you do differently from your family?  What will you keep the same?  While each of these big life questions run around your mind, you manage relationships, friends, parents/families, jobs, and exams. All while there is this idea that you should “just know”. “Just know” what you want, how to get there, and how to get there fast! The truth is, teen years, 20- somethings, this is a time of exploration and curiosity, this is your time to set yourself free.  You don’t ‘just know’ so much as you grow to understand what and who you are becoming. I would love to cheer you on from the sidelines as you have permission to wonder and learn your true self, your independent self, and help you deal with the stress of that “just know” expectation.
